When you submit a project inquiry or contact message, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, country, optional website, information about your book, production preferences, and any notes.

We use this information only to review your inquiry, respond to you, and discuss a potential project. We do not sell your information.
Manuscript Confidentiality
Northvale Studio recognises that an author's manuscript may contain unpublished creative work and confidential information.
Manuscripts and project files submitted to us are intended for the assessment and production services requested by the author. Access should be limited to the people and service providers who reasonably need the material to perform the agreed work.
We do not knowingly publish, distribute, or publicly display an author's manuscript without permission or another lawful basis. Any external tools or service providers used to process project material should be selected and used in accordance with their applicable privacy, security, and data-handling terms.
Before sharing a manuscript, authors may ask how it will be stored, who may access it, how external AI tools may process it, and when it can be deleted. Retention, backup, and deletion arrangements should be explained honestly.
Authors should not submit information they are not authorised to share. Project-specific confidentiality commitments may be documented in a separate written agreement.
This website does not accept manuscript uploads. Please submit an inquiry first; if manuscript material is needed, we will agree a delivery method with you. Submitting material never transfers ownership.
Storage and security
Inquiries are stored in a secured database that cannot be read publicly. Access is limited to the studio.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by replying to any of our emails or using the contact page.
